At this time, athletic scholarships are available only to applicants holding the Grandmaster (GM) title with a minimum FIDE rating of 2500, or the Woman Grandmaster (WGM) title with a minimum rating of 2300. All other applicants are encouraged to apply for academic scholarships and may be considered for a position on the Reserve Team.
